Peter has had a love affair with Noosa since he moved here in the late 70s. He has a great list of clients who can be read about in the "Who's Who of Business", as well as famous clients in the Arts, Sports and indeed internationally recognised. He is as comfortable dealing with these people as he is a young couple looking for their first home. Indeed, everyone receives the same level of service from him. Peter is a true gentleman.
He believes in the Noosa Council's green approach to development and will strongly defend the right of the people to enjoy the beautiful town of Noosa without the threat of high rise shadowing the north facing Noosa beach. He sits on Council boards to work through local issues from both a business and personal perspective. He genuinely cares about Noosa and that love of Noosa must come through when he sells property. Together with his partner Jennifer Carr they have had the No. 1 sales office in Queensland for Richardson & Wrench since 1992 when the business began.

Jennifer approaches the business of real estate from a unique perspective. She is a great believer that the process of buying, selling and renting should be an exciting experience and wants to make it enjoyable for all. She combines her formal education (Jennifer holds a Commerce degree as well as a Masters of Business Administration) with a wealth of relevant experience and a strong people orientation.
Jennifer is always looking for ways to improve our service to customers. She enjoys the technology side of the business and is a stickler for detail. Both her parents were real estate agents - so property is well and truly in her blood. She is a keen negotiator and often finds a way to release a deadlock that seems impassable. Her customers speak extraordinarily highly of her: indeed many remain friends as well as customers. She is a great communicator and a great deal of her business now comes through referrals. She has always considered this a huge compliment.
Jennifer believes her success is really due to her love of Noosa. Of course with her education, she is able to provide historical information in easy to read graphs; income information and help buyers understand the value of depreciation and negative gearing. But - she just loves living in Noosa and understands why people want to buy here. Jennifer runs the Noosa National Park a couple of mornings every week; she swims at Little Cove beach; walks the dog beside the Noosa River and eats out in fabulous Noosa restaurants regularly. (She says that's why she does so much exercise!). She genuinely believes that Noosa is the best place in Australia to live and from an investment perspective feels it satisfies both the heart and the head.
Born in 1960, the 'Year of the Rat', it is obvious this one is like the rest of the rats - hardworking! Eric knows what service means coming from hospitality management. He goes that extra mile. If you pass our office at night and the lights are on that will be Eric working back, on the phone communicating with his clients.
Known as 'the real estate chef', Eric not only has the recipe for success which is hard work and good information, but if you're lucky you may even pick up a good recipe for the kitchen.
The question is whether strong coffee in the morning and red frogs in the afternoon has anything to do with Eric's performance or whether it's because he is just a good real estate agent. Find out for youself, Eric doesn't make promises - he just delivers results. Drop him a line, he is always a happy and pleasant person to talk to.
Frank has always taken satisfaction and personal pride in achieving the high goals he sets for himself. He is excellent at selling investment properties and understands well the mechanics involved. Frank believes that 'success in sales depends on one's ability to listen to the needs of both sellers and buyers'. He has sold a great deal of real estate throughout the Noosa Shire and has a thorough understanding of it and has a real wealth of information to pass on to both buyers and sellers.
Tim lives in Sunshine Beach and feels that working in our Hastings Street office provides him with an edge to provide the highest levels of performance and service for both sellers and buyers alike. 'It is the hub from which I can generate buyer interest and from which I can best profile our seller's properties to a far broader market than our competition" Tim said. The results speak for themsleves. Tim holds the record price for a coastal property - over $7million for a Sunshine Beach beachfront home. His volume of sales last year totalled over $25million.
Tim believes: "This is the best place on earth to live, work and invest. All the things that attracted my clients to this area, also attracted me and are now my passion... the beaches, National Parks and river lifestyle.... the people are world class. It is a pleasure to be involved in the growth of this fabulous place.
His love for the cosmopolitan Hastings Street with it's European style cafes, restaurants, elegant apartment buildings and of course the beautiful Noosa Beach made his decision easy to join a Hastings Street agency back in 1995 after he owned and ran his own real estate business in Montville for 7 years. Klaus has a background in commerce. Originally from Germany, he was a programmer and computer salesman before he and his wife Roswitha decided in 1981 to move to Australia. They fell in love with the Sunshine Coast in 1987 and have called Noosa home since 1995.
"I am just writing to express my complete satisfaction in the efforts of Klaus. After discussing the intended sale of 309 Netanya, we decided to appoint Klaus. At all stages Klaus kept us informed with the progress of the campaign. Klaus was able to secure a sale within 6 weeks of the start of the campaign which we regarded as an extraordinary result! I would recommend Klaus to any potential client."
Bruce Purser, Sydney
"Many thanks to you for your time and effort given to Jenny and I when we were in Noosa and consequently purchased BELVEDERE on Noosa Hill. It was nice to deal with someone so pleasant and professional. It has been such a satisfying experience for us right through to the settlement and beyond and I will recommend your service to my friends and business partners."
Geoff Dumayne, Melbourne
Mandy comes from a hospitality background operating her own business before choosing to take those skills into another service related industry - real estate. Starting out in an agency on reception and working as a PA gave Mandy the foundation to understand all aspects of real estate before gaining her own license.
A keen negotiator and enjoying the psychology of selling, Mandy finds selling real estate immensely rewarding. She understands that 100% commitment is needed to assist clients in achieving the optimum result. Mandy gives the same level of commitment to selling a property at $300,000 as $3,000,000. Her approach is wonderfully elementary: she listens.
Mandy enjoys the outdoors - ocean jet skiing and horse riding are her main hobbies.
She has three children and believes haggling with her teenagers in what really honed her negotiating skills!
Mandy brings sincerity, experience and energy to her profession ... surely it's those very qualities you are looking for.

When Jon first visited Noosa in 1991 he didn't foresee that within three years his family would purchase a holiday unit in Hastings street to be enjoyed for many years, before relocating here permanently seven years ago. Jon, his wife Tanya and their two children live in Noosa Waters.
Working in Noosa, Jon has held a senior sales management role with a major motor vehicle dealership. However his passion for property marketing, which came from his involvement in property development and marketing throughout Sydney, made the transition into Noosa real estate a logical move.
Jon is a fully licensed real estate agent with a track record for strong negotiation skills. He understands listening to and working with his clients and their needs are paramount to a successful relationship. Jon has a fresh and enthusiastic professional approach to selling property and looks forward to working with you.
